I did all of the above which i am sure helped but i also found that i had to open the sky go app by RIGHT CLICKING on it and opening it as aat least for me.I tried the suggestions from this thread including reinstalling the Sky Go app several times after trying various different things and as different users, but got nowhere over two separate days that I was away and had to use my rubbish small phone screen with the android app instead. 2018Weitere Ergebnisse anzeigen

A few days ago I updated to software version 21.Did Sky ever resolve this?
