In this study, we have cloned, expressed and purified the recombinant Cts2p protein from bacterial cells.Our RT-PCR analysis of the transcripts indicated that ACPT is expressed in low levels in various tissues including leaf, stem, flower, and silique, but at slightly higher levels in roots and leaves.
