Vin Or 5V ? Where Do I Connect The Power
Di: Jacob
If you have a constant 5V and you are confident that no major spikes are going to happen, then you might as well connect it to the Arduino’s 5V pin. If you do so, do not connect anything to the Vin-Pin on the Arduino, just leave it open. Follow your board power specifications to figure out the voltage range that your board can handle. The pin-out diagram has a little arrow pointing AWAY from the board, indicating it’s an OUTPUT. That is the pin’s purpose. So you can treat Vcc or Vdd as .Quora – A place to share knowledge and better understand .

My project uses an Arduino Nano, which is powered by a USB power bank. Make sure you observe polarity.gatsby-image-wrapper [data-placeholder-image]{opacity:0!important}
